The family was raised in Rochester, New York, Sharp was immersed in music and was a clarinet player, piano, and cello at the highly regarded Hochstein School of Music. She received a full award towards The Boston Conservatory for her enthusiasm in school theatre. After graduating Cum Laude with a B.F.A. Sharp's first focus was the stage. Sharp appeared in the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp is also a part of Abyssinia as well as Aida as well as Thunder Knockin Jitney along with The Producers. She was even a reader for August Wilson's Come and Gone. Sharp has other ideas in the works, in addition to the productions for screen and stage. Sharp continues to sing and has a full-length album in production. Sharp is an exercise enthusiast who loves to box as well as study Krav Maga. When not being in front or behind of the camera or making music in a studio, she enjoys long drives, playing the piano, or hiking. Sharp reside in Los Angeles, California with her family.
