Ariel's top body part to work out includes her lower back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows with a single arm using a pull-up machine, and sitting rows. First, she warms up before progressing to working out. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. Converting all the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
